Yes! RentGuard Is register under PDPA to ensure the safety of user’s personal database. PDPA was introduced on 2010.The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is an act that regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions. The Act applies to any person who processes personal data for commercial transactions (data user). This includes those who control and authorize the processing of personal data for commercial transactions.
Our RentGuard system work more stable while using in Google Chrome. If you are using other browsers, please change it to Google Chrome. If this issue still happen while using Google Chrome, this will be cause by the version of your Google Chrome. Please update your Google Chrome to the latest version.
Our system is mobile friendly and we are in the middle of developing APPs system. It is recommended to use a desktop computer and handheld devices. Click here find out what browser you are using.

Step 3: Find the property handled by the property agent by referring to its booking number
Step 4: Click ‘View’
Step 5: The agent’s contact information will be listed below
You are then able to contact the property agent to file the complaint.

To enable the tracking system to ascertain which tenant has paid and which hasn’t.
To send follow-up notifications to both landlord and tenants (who have not paid).
To send acknowledgement of receipt to tenants who have paid, with notification to landlord as well.
To gather accurate records of delayed or unpaid rent in order to blacklist irresponsible tenants

For the model iPhone 6 and above, open the camera then line up the QR code in the camera frame and Tap OK to open the website.

For the latest android version, there is already built in QR reader on android. So, just open the camera, then line up the QR code in the camera frame and Tap OK to open the website.
For the oldest android version, you need to download the QR code reader at Play Store on your android and install it. After that, open the QR Code Reader, then line up the QR code in the camera frame and Tap OK to open the website.

Step 1: You will receive payment link via E-mail & SMS. Step 2: Open the E-mail and click "Proceed to online payment" Step 3: Choose online payment option (Credit card, Bank transfer, or Paypal). Step 4: Check the total amount and continue to payment. Step 5: Payment successfully that means transaction is completed.
Agen boleh membatalkan tempahan jika penyewa atau pemilik hartanah ingin menukar atau membatalkan tempahan.

Langkah 4: Pilih pemilik atau penyewa (yang meminta untuk membatalkan tempahan).
Langkah 5: Isikan kenyataan (sebab pembatalan).
- Pemilik hartanah boleh menikmati perkhidmatan kutipan sewa dan sistem pengesanan sewa yang disediakan oleh RentGuard.
- Pemilik hartanah boleh menfailkan permohonan senarai hitam terhadap penyewa yang berkelakuan buruk jika mereka tidak membayar sewa untuk tempoh dua bulan.
- Pemilik hartanah boleh memohon laporan pemeriksaan profil sebelum mengambil tindakan terhadap mana-mana penyewa.
- Pemilik hartanah boleh menikmati perkhidmatan kutipan sewa dan sistem pengesanan sewa yang disediakan oleh RentGuard.
- Pemilik hartanah boleh menfailkan permohonan senarai hitam terhadap penyewa yang berkelakuan buruk jika mereka tidak membayar sewa untuk tempoh dua bulan.
- Pemilik hartanah boleh memohon laporan pemeriksaan profil sebelum mengambil tindakan terhadap mana-mana penyewa.
The agent can cancel the booking if tenant or landlord wants to change or cancel the bookings. Step 1: Click on My Bookings, eBooking.
Step 2: Click View on which booking will be canceled.
Step 3: Click More and Cancel Booking.
Step 4: Choose Landlord or tenant (who ask to cancel the booking).
Step 5: Fill up the remarks (reason of cancelation).

Tenants are required to transfer rent to RentGuard bank system, so system can keep track of rental process. The payments collected from tenant’s will be transferred to the landlord's account within 3 business days.

All the electronic signature used in our system and documents are protected by the Electronic Commerce Act 2006 [Act 658]:
Signature
(1) Where any law requires a signature of a person on a document, the requirement of the law is fulfilled, if the document is in the form of an electronic message, by an electronic signature which-
(a)is attached to or is logically associated with the electronic message;
(b)adequately identifies the person and adequately indicates the person's approval of the information to which the signature relates; and
(c)is as reliable as is appropriate given the purpose for which, and the circumstances in which, the signature is required.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1)(c), an electronic signature is as reliable as is appropriate if-
(a)the means of creating the electronic signature is linked to and under the control of that person only;
(b)any alteration made to the electronic signature after the time of signing is detectable; and
(c)any alteration made to that document after the time of signing is detectable.
(3) The Digital Signature Act 1997 [Act 562] shall continue to apply to any digital signature used as an electronic signature in any commercial transaction.

You need to convert the e-booking into offline booking. You can copy the offer letter number and fill it into the offline booking number box.
You need to bring the offer letter (signed by one party) to meet up and let the other party sign the offer letter.
Then, fill in all the details in the offline booking and upload the signed offer letter to admin for verify.
